a native and lifelong resident of Allen County, is a Graduate of Lima Central
Catholic ’64. Ms. Good brings over 40 years of Legal Expertise to Jacobs Law
Offices, dating back to Atty. Gordon Sears, in the early 70’s, and over 30 years with Attorneys, Barbara Rizor and Paul Rizor of Lima. Ms. Good is experienced in Probate, Family Law, Juvenile, Civil, Criminal, Personal Injury, and Social Security. Ms. Good also prepares Tax Returns and is a seasonal employee of H and R Block. Ms. Good has proven her Dedication and Commitment to Law with a

Attorney Ann E. Jacobs of Jacobs Law Offices, LLC in Lima, Ohio, has previously worked as a trial attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as assistant attorney general for the Attorney General of Ohio.
Ms. Jacobs has had a sucessful practice in Lima, Ohio for 25+ years.Her professional and civic memberships include the California Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association; Board member of the Senior Citizens Board; Board of Trustees member of the YWCA; Board member of Marimor Industries; and elder and deacon of Market Street Presbyterian Church. Ms. Jacobs served as president, vice president and member of the Shawnee Local School Board, and as a member of the Apollo Jr.Vocation Board. Ms. Jacobs earned her bachelors degree from George Washington University and her law degree from Catholic University. As the State Board member from District 1, Ms. Jacobs represents Allen, Auglaize, Champaign, Crawford, Defiance, Fulton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Logan, Marion, Mercer, Paulding, Preble, Putnam, Sandusky, Shelby, Union, Van Wert, Williams and Wyandot counties, as well as parts of Darke, Ottawa and Seneca counties. Angela
Matte West, a native of Allen
County, and a Graduate of Apollo Career Center of Lima in’96, has
worked in Law for more than 12 years. Mrs. West is credited for working in
Criminal, Civil, Juvenile, Probate, Domestic Relations, Personal Injury, and
Bankruptcy Law. Most recently, Mrs. West has been employed at
White, White and White, where she completed the credentialing program for
paralegals allowing her to be designated as an Ohio State Bar Association
Certified Paralegal. With only 23 paralegals earning this status in ’09, Mrs.
West is the only OSBA Certified Paralegal in Allen County and her credentials bring
the State total to 147.  |
